Frugal pumpkins

Can you believe that these two pumpkins are from last year?
Yes, it is true.  The white one stayed in the garage all winter and the little striped one stayed in the house.
All of their buddies deteriorated one by one throughout the year.
I just can't throw them out at the end of the season when they are still good.

Are they real? That's amazing, if so. Had no idea they could last for a whole year. I find the white ones so unique! Love the crop of that first shot.

I have had a couple to last quite a while, but never that long.
Enjoy your day.

Proof that you have a milder climate then we do. That would never happen here. The garage would have frozen.

Nice capture though and I never knew there were white pumpkins until I visited that pumpkin stand a few days ago.

I like white pumpkins but never had one. In Poland I have only seen orange ones. We don't have many varieties of squash here. It's amazing that your pumpkins lasted a whole year!
